There is a free bus trip to wombat bend this saturday (July 11) to check out the playspaces. Bus leaves 9am buxton school, 915 marysville bakery, 930 black spur inn narby. Let us know if you need a pickup in Healesville. tell everyone! BYO bbq lunch there.

Storytime at Marysville Central

Join us for Storytime at Marysville Central today (Tuesday July 7th), then every Monday after the school holidays. Bring along a favourite book if you like. Everyone is welcome, grown-ups you are more than welcome to bring a story to read to the kids.

Playgroup in Acheron 5/5/09

The playgroup bus will not be coming to Buxton this week.

Instead we will have playgroup at Acheron. If you need a lift up, give Lisa a call on 0431450160.

Qualified Childcare - do we need it?

There is an opportunity for there to be qualified childcare (I was going to say more childcare, but as there isn't any at the moment anyway, more is a bit unnecessary) in our area whenever we need it next term. Please, Please, Please let me know through the trianglefamily forum what your childcare needs are, so we can get something happening. Think about community meetings, social gatherings, memorial services, rebuilding, appointments with professionals. Times when it will be hard to manage with the kids. If we know the size of the challenge, we can work towards solving it.

Kinder Closed Tuesday March 3, 2009

The Playbus will not be coming to Buxton on Tuesday March 3, due to expected weather conditions. Stay tuned for an alternative date.

Family Fun Day at Acheron, Thurs Feb 26

A great day was had by all at the Acheron Hall today. Hundreds of donations of equipment and essential items have meant that the Kinder's hosted playdays are off to a fantastic start. We should have some photos to share soon. Thank-you to everyone who helped get us back on our feet.

Due to increased fire danger on Friday, the scheduled play sessions at Acheron Hall will only happen on Thursday. There will be no Friday Session.
